You can return or exchange defective goods within 14 calendar days of delivery. The costs of returning or exchanging the goods will be borne by the buyer. Only the amount paid for the product will be refunded to the buyer. 

Returns/exchanges are possible if the product:

• It is unused, undamaged and has not lost its marketable appearance.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition as received.
• With original labels removed.
